Birding is an enjoyable pastime at Seminole Canyon with
over 130 species having been identified at the park. In April 2006
we identified over 44 species.
Most of the birds are in the vicinity of the
campgrounds. Especially good areas are behind the restrooms which
has an automatic watering trough and the area from the edge of the
campgrounds to the historical oven.
